Hot School Meals will need to be ordered online using our School Meals provider’s Ordering website https://schoolmeals.ginga.catering

To be able to order online I need to provide Ginga Catering with a valid email address for every child. If school do not already have this information for you, please email your details to - email@example.com
Ginga Catering will then send new parents their username and passwords before we break up for the summer holidays, so that you are able to log on and order hot meals for your child, ready for their first day with us in September and for the next 4 weekly cycle.
We hope that you like the menus and agree that they offer healthy and tasty meals at a reasonable price of £2.30. Menus will be available on a 4 weeks basis, as they are currently. Parents will be notified when the new menu is available on the system. Parents usually have a 7-10 day window, when they can log on to order meals for the next 4 week period.
For children who are entitled to Free School Meals and children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who are eligible for Infant Free School Meals there will not be an automatic hot meal provided. You will need to go online and place an order to ensure that a meal is sent for your child/children. You can order as many or as few meals as you wish, there is no minimum order. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You can request a User Guide for the Online School Meals ordering system. Please follow the instructions on this User Guide and remember to always carry on to the checkout, even if the you are entitled to free meals, as it is not until you go through the checkout that the meals are formally ordered.
If you would like assistance please contact the school and we will arrange for somebody to assist you. The system also allows you to log on to check what you have ordered for different weeks. If you do not have access to the internet, please let myself know and we will be able to help you.
An added feature of the new system is that you can cancel meals, for example if your child is expected to be unwell for a few days. In order to qualify for a refund you will need to contact Ginga Catering via their website, by giving at least 48hrs notice. Please note that the school will not be able to cancel meals on your behalf.
